The copyright of all designs remains with Cards4ever.
Variation
Because all of our stationery is hand-made, there will inevitably be some variation. This will not affect the quality of the production and simply reflects the hand-crafted nature of our product.
Cards4ever reserves the right to amend designs as necessary to take account of changes in the supply of materials.
Notice
Cards4ever requires adequate notice to fulfill your order – please allow at least 8 weeks unless otherwise agreed.
Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of your order (excluding delivery) is required at the time of ordering. The balance will be due prior to final delivery or two weeks before the wedding whichever is soonest.
Proofreading
Proofreading is the responsibility of the client. The client must sign the approval form and return to Cards4ever before final production can resume. Cards4ever can not be held responsible for errors not notified at the proofreading stage.
Cancellation
The client will be liable for all costs incurred which exceed the 50% deposit, in the event of cancellation by the client. Cards4ever retains the right to cancel at any time. In the event of cancellation by Cards4ever, any deposit received will be refunded in full.
Delivery
Standard delivery costs quoted apply to delivery within mainland UK. Delivery outwith this area may incur additional charges.
